This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed through www.tubbies.in, operated by Tubbies & Co.

We understand that you may occasionally need to change or cancel an order. Please review the conditions below.

You may request cancellation of your order at no additional cancellation charge at any time before the order has been dispatched.

A cancellation request is considered successful only once it has been confirmed by Tubbies.

If the order has already been handed over to our courier or logistics partner before we are able to process your request, it will be considered dispatched and cannot ordinarily be cancelled.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already been shipped, please contact our Customer Support team so we can advise you regarding the options available.

Where permitted, you may refuse delivery of the shipment. Such cases may be treated as non-accepted / Return to Origin (RTO) shipments and will be handled in accordance with our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

This does not affect your rights where the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from what was ordered, or where another remedy is available under applicable consumer law.

For prepaid orders successfully cancelled before dispatch, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Tubbies will ordinarily initiate an approved cancellation refund within 5 business days.

Once initiated, your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway or other payment-service provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

Actual processing timelines may vary depending upon the payment method and service provider.

Where applicable law prescribes a shorter period, the legally applicable timeline will prevail.

For a Cash on Delivery (COD) order cancelled before dispatch, no refund is required because no payment has ordinarily been collected.

If a COD order has already been dispatched and is refused or repeatedly not accepted at delivery, it may be treated as an RTO shipment.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of confirmed COD orders may result in Tubbies restricting or disabling COD availability for future orders associated with the customer, account, phone number or delivery address, where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse.

Where technically possible, you may request cancellation of one or more products from an order before dispatch.

If a partial cancellation affects:

• Promotional offers
• Bundle pricing
• Coupon eligibility
• Free-product eligibility
• Minimum-order-value benefits
• Free-shipping eligibility

We will inform you of the applicable effect before processing the change wherever reasonably possible.

Tubbies will not add a new charge to your order without your agreement.

If you need to change:

• Your delivery address
• Contact information
• Product quantity
• Any other order details

Please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes are subject to the order's fulfilment status and may not be possible once processing or dispatch has commenced.

If an amendment cannot be made, we may advise you to cancel the original order, where still eligible, and place a new order.

Product availability, pricing, promotional offers or discounts applicable to the original order may not necessarily remain available for the replacement order.

To improve order accuracy and reduce failed deliveries, Tubbies may send an order-confirmation message through SMS, WhatsApp, phone or another communication channel after an order has been placed.

Where such a confirmation facility is enabled, you may be provided an option to confirm or request cancellation of the order before dispatch.

For certain orders, including COD orders, we may delay fulfilment until reasonable order verification has been completed.

If we are unable to verify an order after reasonable attempts, Tubbies may cancel the order to prevent fraudulent, incorrect or undeliverable shipments.

In exceptional circumstances, Tubbies may cancel an order or part of an order for reasons including:

• Product or stock unavailability
• An unserviceable delivery location
• Payment failure or payment-verification issues
• Incorrect or incomplete order information
• A material pricing or product-listing error
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transaction
• Repeated misuse of COD, cancellation, return or refund facilities
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control that prevent fulfilment

Where Tubbies cancels a prepaid order after payment has been successfully collected, the amount paid for the affected item(s) will be refunded.

We will not substitute an ordered product with another product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Tubbies reserves the right to take reasonable measures where an account or customer demonstrates repeated patterns of:

• Refusing confirmed COD orders
• Providing incorrect delivery information
• Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
• Excessive or abusive cancellation requests
• Suspected fraudulent use of the Website

Such measures may include restricting COD availability or requiring prepaid payment for future orders.

Any such measures will be applied reasonably and will not affect legitimate rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Where the entire prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, any delivery charge collected for that order will ordinarily also be refunded.

Where only part of an order is cancelled, any shipping benefit or delivery charge applicable to the remaining order may be recalculated where appropriate and where disclosed to you.

If Tubbies cancels an order because we are unable to fulfil it, any amount collected for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded.
