Articles, ingredient explanations, social content and responses published on or through this website provide general educational information.

Such information does not provide an individual diagnosis, prescription or treatment plan and does not establish a doctor–patient relationship.

References to our founder being a doctor describe her professional background and do not mean that every interaction through the website constitutes a medical consultation.

If you have a specific medical concern regarding yourself or your child, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Use products only for their labelled purpose and follow the directions, warnings and age guidance provided on the packaging.

Before using a product, review the ingredient list for any ingredients to which you or your child may have a known sensitivity.

No skincare product can be guaranteed to be free from the possibility of an individual reaction. Individual skin types and sensitivities vary.

If irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

You may also contact our Customer Care team with the product name and relevant batch details so that we can review the concern.

Please avoid sending unnecessary personal, sensitive or medical information when contacting us.

Product benefits refer to the specific formulation and claims stated for the relevant product.

Descriptions of an individual ingredient do not mean that every property or potential benefit of that ingredient has been demonstrated in the finished product.

Terms such as "dermatologically tested", where used, describe the relevant testing carried out for the applicable product and do not guarantee that irritation or an individual reaction can never occur.

Customer experiences, reviews and testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another child or customer will experience identical results.
